For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
Preferred file formats include:
PNG with transparent background, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG.
For PNG files, we recommend high-resolution artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size whenever possible.
Vector artwork is preferred for signs, decals, embroidery, screen printing, and many large-format applications.
If you’re unsure whether your artwork is ready to print, send it to us and our team can review it.
Yes! We can accommodate small-quantity custom apparel orders using DTG or other appropriate printing methods.
The best printing method will depend on your garment, artwork, colors, and quantity.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto the garment and is great for detailed, full-color designs and smaller quantities.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) uses a printed transfer that is heat-applied to the garment. It works well on many different fabrics and garment types.
Screen Printing is an excellent option for larger quantities and designs with fewer colors.
Not sure which one you need? No problem. Tell us about your project and we’ll recommend the best printing process..

Please keep in mind that printing on customer-supplied items is done at the customer's risk. While we take great care during production, BLNKLV cannot replace or reimburse customer-provided garments in the event of unexpected material or production issues.
We recommend contacting us before bringing or shipping your garments.
Turnaround time depends on the service, quantity, artwork, materials, and current production schedule.
Typical production times may range from a few business days for certain digital printing orders to approximately one week or longer for embroidery, screen printing, large-format projects, and specialty orders.
Your estimated turnaround time will be provided when your project is reviewed.
