BLNKLV LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, copyright concerns, abusive behavior, unrealistic deadlines, or projects that do not meet our production requirements.

Customers who provide their own garments acknowledge that printing or embroidery is performed at their own risk.

While we take every precaution to ensure quality production, BLNKLV LLC is not responsible for defects, damages, dye migration, manufacturing flaws, shrinking, scorching, misprints, embroidery defects, or any other issues that may occur during the decoration process.

No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided for customer-supplied garments.

Full payment is required before production begins.

Orders are not scheduled, printed, embroidered, or added to our production queue until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

To ensure efficient production, the following minimums apply:

• DTG Printing: 3 garments minimum 
• Embroidery: 6 garments minimum 
• Screen Printing: 12 garments minimum 

Orders below minimum quantities may be declined or subject to additional setup fees.

Estimated production times begin after payment approval and artwork approval.

• DTG Printing: 3 Business Days 
• Embroidery: 5–7 Business Days 
• Screen Printing: 5–7 Business Days 
• Large Format Printing, Banners, Stickers, Signs, Vehicle Graphics, and Custom Projects: Turnaround varies by project. 

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on current production capacity.

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork.

Preferred file formats:

• PNG (Transparent Background) 
• AI 
• EPS 
• PDF (Vector) 

Artwork cleanup, recreation, digitizing, color separation, design work, mockups, and file modifications may incur additional charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, spelling, sizes, placements, colors, and quantities before production.

BLNKLV LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in:

• Garment materials 
• Fabric colors 
• Ink systems 
• Monitor and screen settings 
• Embroidery thread availability 

We will make every effort to match colors as closely as possible.

Due to the custom nature of apparel decoration, slight variations may occur.

Industry-standard tolerances include:

• Print placement: ±1 inch 
• Embroidery placement: ±1/4 inch 
• Color variation between production runs 

These variations are not considered defects.

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

Completed orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be subject to storage fees.

Orders left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of without refund.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have permission to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted images, or intellectual property submitted for production.

BLNKLV LLC assumes no liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

BLNKLV LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must verify:

• Garment sizes 
• Colors 
• Quantities 
• Artwork 
• Shipping addresses 

BLNKLV LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Rush services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees ranging from 25%–100% of the order value depending on the requested completion date.

Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid reseller permit or tax-exempt certificate is provided before payment is made.
